Delivery & Practice Head
Experience: 15+ years
Location: Preferably Hyderabad
Role Overview:
This position serves as a strategic leader aligning delivery excellence with business growth. The Delivery & Practice Head is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery, practice development, capability building for the offshore organization. This role ensures quality project execution, growth of practice capabilities, profitable delivery, and continuous competency enhancement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Leadership:
- Lead and develop the SAP S/4 HANA practice, including setting strategic direction and defining the practice's goals and objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and methodologies, ensuring the practice remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Project Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of SAP S/4 HANA projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and services.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for business growth within the SAP S/4 HANA practice, including new client acquisition and expanding existing client engagements.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and other materials to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on SAP S/4 HANA implementations, including system architecture, integration, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Continuously improve delivery processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP implementation and delivery, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA.
- Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale SAP projects.
- Proven track record in building practices and competencies.
- Strong understanding of SAP technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Solution-oriented person with Entrepreneural mindset
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certification in relevant areas.
- Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based SAP solutions.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
