Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager with 10–13 years of experience in delivering end-to-end SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project execution, mitigating delivery risks, and providing executive-level project status reporting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction, quality standards, and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects.
Manage multiple SAP projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional SAP teams across functional and technical modules.
Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
Identify project risks proactively, perform risk analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution.
Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and organizational quality standards.
Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and regular project reviews.
Work closely with peers and help provide periodic updates to CloudLabs Leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAP certification is preferred.
Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
