SAP Data Migration - S4/Hana

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of SAP Data Migration experience, including participation in at least
  
  

three end-to-end implementation projects.

• Proven experience leading data migration streams on SAP S/4HANA implementation
  
  

projects.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration activities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP data loading methods, including IDOCs, LTMC/LTMOM,
  
  

LSMW, and custom programs.

• Practical experience in setting up SAP S/4HANA data migration tools.
• Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools in migration processes is considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the SAP data conversion lifecycle, including data readiness,
  
  

conversion design, build, testing, mock loads, validation, and cutover activities.

• Proficiency in source data analysis using SQL or other querying tools (Data Bricks etc).
• Experience in SAP data profiling and cleansing activities, including de-duplication,
  
  

matching and merging, standardization, and rationalization.

• Deep knowledge of key SAP objects, including Assets, Business Partner, Contracts,
  
  

Purchase Orders etc.

• Practical knowledge of at least one SAP functional area: FI, CO, SD,
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
