Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in planning and executing large-scale data migration programs for SAP S/4HANA.
The role involves working across functional and technical teams to ensure data quality, completeness, and successful cutover execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data migration cycles using BODS, LTMC, and LSMW tools.
- Coordinate with functional consultants to finalize data mapping, transformation logic, cleansing rules, and validation criteria.
- Execute mock migrations, perform reconciliation activities, and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Manage cutover readiness, migration loads, and post-go-live support to ensure clean data adoption.
- Create migration documentation, templates, and process guidelines.
Required Skills
- Hands-on expertise in SAP BODS, LTMC, and LSMW.
- Strong experience in S/4HANA data migration projects.
- Deep understanding of data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver migration milestones within timelines.
