Job Summary
This is a mid-to-senior level role for a SAP Data Migration Consultant focused on SAP implementation projects. The position emphasizes expertise in data migration using the Syniti ADMM tool, combined with deep SAP functional knowledge in specific modules. It's a hands-on role involving client interaction, data handling, and project planning, requiring strong technical and business analysis skills.
Key Qualifications
- Experience Level: 5-8 years of SAP techno-functional or functional experience, including at least 3 full SAP implementation lifecycles.
- SAP Expertise: Expert-level knowledge in one or more of the following modules: FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PM (Plant Maintenance), PP (Production Planning), PS (Project Systems).
- Data Migration Proficiency: Minimum 4 years with Syniti ADMM, including at least two end-to-end implementations. Extensive experience in data quality, migration, warehousing, analysis, and conversion planning.
- Business Process Experience: 5-7 years in business-process analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft SQL, including query skills, table structures, and relational databases (preferred but not mandatory).
- Other: Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement, documentation, and tools like JIRA.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform proficient-level business analysis on one of the specified SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS).
- Lead stakeholder discussions to understand and document client requirements.
- Communicate with onsite teams and client personnel.
- Create and maintain SAP Data Migration plans, Integration plans, and Cutover plans.
- Handle SAP Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes.
- Document processes and maintain JIRA hygiene (e.g., tracking tasks, issues, and progress).
