Requirements

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine data cleansing inputs to support data migration and transformation efforts.
Define, document, and maintain a comprehensive set of data validation rules specific to the assigned data domain.
Implement data quality and validation rules to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with both business and technical teams to design and execute data cleansing and transformation strategies.
Monitor data integrity throughout the project lifecycle and provide actionable recommendations for continuous data quality improvement.
Proven experience in SAP Data Migration, particularly within S/4HANA implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of GDPP, data governance, and data privacy standards.
Hands-on expertise with SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Experience with data quality management tools (SAP preferred; other platforms acceptable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
Familiarity with Dell Boomi integration platform is a plus.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage, though not a strict requirement.
