Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and handing over an as built system to operation & maintenance for Greenfield and Brownfield projects in accordance with company and contractual requirements.
- Act as Subject matter expert for SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) strategically partnering with maintenance & operations to manage master data via governance and controls & ensure consistent use of fields within master data records.
- Analyze historical work orders, breakdown reports, MTBF/MTTR trends, and failure patterns to refine maintenance intervals.
- Integrate OEM recommendations, spare parts lists, and service bulletins into maintenance plans.
- Collaborate with Reliability Engineers to incorporate findings from RCM studies, FMEA, RBI inspections, and asset criticality assessments.
- Play specialist role on APM tools and techniques like Asset Life Cycle, Asset Reliability Management, Asset Criticality analysis, Risk Management framework, Risk Based Maintenance, Maintenance Management, Maintenance Turnaround Management, Maintenance Best Practices and Strategies
- Responsible for developing new hierarchical equipment lists (Functional Locations and Assets), Job Tasks, Task Lists, Job Plans, Object Lists, BOMs, route structuring, inspection plans and owning import templates & ability to authenticate Master Equipment List (MEL), Asset Tag Registers and SCE Lists from P&IDs, PFDs and single line drawings.
- Develop the functional design of workflow, templates System Setup Equipment wise, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enrichments like version control for calibration certificates and technical datasheets.
- Good Knowledge of MS SQL Server database scripting to understand existing SQL queries, understanding and writing new SQL queries for validation.
- Support development and delivery of systems training to ensure all users are properly trained in system functionality & business use expectations. Create and maintain CMMS training materials & conduct sessions for end-users.
- Coach and educate team members & external stakeholder on CMMS functions and best practices for performing tasks.
- Knowledge of leading industry practices on Data Management ISO 14224, ISO 55000, ISO 15926.
- Define key performance indicators and associated work practices and collecting, managing, and reporting weekly/monthly status.
- Manage and ensure timely project delivery with the highest quality and turnaround metrics through leading a team of experienced professionals.
- Manage and develop excellent Client relationships. Coordinate and liaison with various client stakeholders to ensure stakeholder alignment during the project lifecycle.
