Description : and responsibilities : Reporting to the VP of Information Technology you are responsible for :
- Work with process owners and other relevant stakeholders to design, evaluate, and implement scalable and efficient data archiving strategies Performing data discovery/analysis in source system
- Converting requirements into design
- Implementation of SAP Data Archiving Projects
- Development of Project Plans
- Provide leadership in the delivery of projects
- Manage project deliverables
- Documentation and Training
- Providing status reports as needed
- Assisting the sales team with pre-sales activities
- Interacting with sales, services and partners to participate in scoping project efforts, providing pricing estimates and responding to RFPs
- Delivering presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations to a mixed audience of technical, business, and management staff.
- Attend Requirements : 7+ years of SAP Experience.
- Lead role in a minimum of 5 full-cycle SAP Data Archiving Implementations.
- Experience with archiving tools that support data storage, retention, migration, indexing & retrieval.
- Experience implementing SAP ILM
- In depth knowledge of tools to access archived data, use of Tcode SARA to configure business/technical requirements, set up variants, execute write/delete jobs and other relevant activities.
- Experience with ArchiveLink Imaging Functionality.
- Experience with OpenText Core Archive including Archiving and Doc. Access, Archiving Center and Content Server
- In depth knowledge on implementation and architecture of SAP components and functional modules
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
