Job Description – SAP Dairy Planning Consultant

Salary: €6,000 Net per Month
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Dairy Planning Consultant to design and implement a global dairy planning solution using SAP IBP, PP/DS, S&OP, and OBP. The consultant will play a pivotal role in aligning business processes with IT systems while ensuring the unique requirements of the dairy industry are fully embedded.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy global dairy planning solutions across SAP IBP, PP/DS, S&OP, and OBP.
- SAP Dairy Industry Solution: Support the rollout and further development of SAP Dairy Industry Solutions (MSG, BTP).
- Business Advisory: Engage and advise stakeholders, ensuring a smooth bridge between process requirements and IT systems.
- Contingency Planning: Develop backup strategies (Plan B) in case of delays in go-live.
- Process Integration: Embed key dairy industry know-how (milk collection, quality checks, farmer settlements) into SAP systems.
- Continuous Optimization: Oversee, monitor, and enhance standard SAP functionalities in collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in SAP IBP, PP/DS, S&OP, and OBP.
- In-depth knowledge of dairy industry processes (milk collection, quality assurance, farmer settlements).
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP Industry Solutions.
- Proven record of end-to-end SAP implementation projects in planning and supply chain.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (German language is an advantage).
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in SAP Dairy Industry Solution (MSG).
- Familiarity with contingency planning for critical go-lives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization abilities.
