Job Description

We are hiring for SAP CX Lead

Experience: 8+ Years

Locations: Bangalore & Hyderabad

Notice period: Pune

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP CX solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand customer experience requirements and translate them into scalable SAP CX solutions.
  • Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise systems such as ERP, S/4HANA, and third-party platforms.
  • Manage project delivery, timelines, resources, and quality of deliverables.
  • Provide leadership to functional and technical teams, including mentoring and performance management.
  • Drive integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and SAP integration tools.
  • Ensure best practices in data management, customer journeys, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Support pre-sales activities, solution demos, and client proposals when required.
  • Monitor system performance and continuously improve CX processes and user experience.
