We are seeking a highly skilledSAP S/4HANA Cutover Leadto manage the transition of business operations to a new SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the cutover activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
Cutover Planning & Execution
. Work with business, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on cutover activities.
. Identify and mitigate risks associated with system downtime, data migration, and business continuity.
. Develop and execute mock cutovers to validate and refine the cutover approach.
Data Migration & System Readiness
. Coordinate with data migration teams to ensure timely and accurate data transfer.
. Validate that all SAP S/4HANA system configurations and integrations are ready for go-live.
. Ensure that all necessary pre-cutover and post-cutover activities are completed on schedule.
Testing & Hypercare
. Oversee cutover testing, dress rehearsals, and dry-run execution.
. Work closely with the testing teams to ensure system stability post-cutover.
. Lead Hypercare support post-go-live, ensuring smooth transition and issue resolution.
Stakeholder & Change Management
. Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
. Communicate cutover status, risks, and contingency plans to senior leadership and stakeholders.
. Drive user adoption by coordinating training and support for end-users.
. Experience in a lead role for multiple SAP S/4HANA deployments, preferably in a large-scale industrial company SAP deployment (automotive, manufacturing or equivalent)
. Preferred experience level: 8-12 years of SAP project management experience, with 5+ years leading SAP S/4HANA projects.
. Extensive hands-on experience in cutover execution, coupled with a thorough understanding of system implementation lifecycles, cutover planning, and testing methodologies.
. Proficiency in project and test management software, including Jira
. Demonstrated ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, effectively prioritizing meeting critical deadlines.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
. Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and dynamic business requirements.
. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead meetings, identify dependencies and risks, and coordinate tasks across teams of several hundred people.
