Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into detailed SAP CS functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP CS modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP CS solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of SAP CS functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP CS related issues, providing timely and effective support to users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CS trends and technologies, recommending improvements and innovations.
Required Skillset
- Demonstrated ability to configure and customize SAP CS modules, including service order management, warranty management, and service contracts.
- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
