- Core Technical Skills: Proficient in OOPs ABAP, Web UI Framework, Component Workbench (BSP), and AET (Application Enhancement Tool).
- CRM Middleware: Strong experience with CRM Middleware, including BDOC modeling, serialization, and synchronization.
- Integration: Experience integrating SAP CRM with SAP S/4HANA or ECC using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
- Development Areas: Technical design and development of custom reports, forms (Adobe Forms), interfaces, and enhancements.
- Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM Sales, Marketing, or Service modules (e.g., Service Contracts, Complaints).
