Job Description

About the Company

Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-6) Provide subject matter expertise on SAPs best practices for implementing SAP CRM Functional business processes.

About the Role

Should have functional proficiency in SAP CRM master data, CRM marketing, CRM service and Interfaces with third party applications.

Responsibilities

  • Should have functional proficiency in SAP middleware's, IDoc interfaces, Master Data Template configurations and replications.
  • Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area specially with regards to Utilities industry.
  • Strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs.
  • Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Support.

Qualifications

  • Good-to-Have: Should be able to provide workload estimations for a functional need based on predefined calculation strategies.
  • Should be able to conduct detailed design meetings directly with the client to finalize the functional need.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision.
  • Should be highly self-motivated, self-driven and independent in daily operations.

Required Skills

Functional proficiency in SAP CRM master data, CRM marketing, CRM service and Interfaces with third party applications.

Preferred Skills

Good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area specially with regards to Utilities industry.
