Opportunity & Quote Management including Workflow Approvals

CRM Middleware

BDOC Monitoring & Troubleshooting

SAP CRM-ECC Integration

Customer & Material Master Data

Product Hierarchy Management

Experience supporting production incidents and service requests

Ability to work directly with business users and drive issue resolution

Strong analysis, testing, and documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

SAP SD / Order-to-Cash knowledge

S/4HANA exposure

Manufacturing industry experience

Basic ABAP debugging knowledge

Experience with CRM upgrades, refreshes, and data migration activities

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to support and enhance our SAP CRM environment, focusing on Sales, Quotation Management, CRM Middleware, and ECC integration. The ideal candidate will provide production support, troubleshoot complex CRM issues, support business users, and participate in CRM enhancement and transformation initiatives. The role includes significant work with CRM WebUI, BDOCs, middleware replication, product hierarchy management, and quote-to-cash processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support SAP CRM Sales and Quotation processes

Resolve CRM middleware, BDOC, and integration issues

Troubleshoot CRM WebUI and user-reported incidents

Support product hierarchy and master data changes

Coordinate testing, deployments, and environment refresh activities

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams on enhancements and projects.
