SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP CDC solutions to meet business requirements.
• Integrate CDC with SAP CS, SAP CRM, and other SAP modules using APIs, SAP CPI, and middleware.
• Configure and manage CIAM features: user registration, authentication, consent management, and profile management.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, data privacy, and security standards in all CDC implementations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, and system troubleshooting.
• Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
• Document solution design, technical specifications, and configuration details.
