Your Role:

  • Configure and support SAP Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, including service orders, notifications, and maintenance planning.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with service and maintenance processes.
  • Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability with timely resolution of tickets and incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, FI) for seamless integration and continuous process improvements.

Your Profile:

  • 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP CS and PM modules with at least one full lifecycle implementation or rollout.
  • Strong understanding of service management, warranty, contracts, and maintenance execution processes.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact with global teams.
  • SAP certification in CS/PM and experience in S/4HANA environment is preferred.
