Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) module and service management processes. The role involves configuring and supporting SAP CS functionalities related to service orders, warranty management, customer support, and service contract management.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, implementing SAP CS solutions, and ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PM. The role also includes handling support activities, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing customer service operations within the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP Customer Service functionalities
  • Manage service orders, warranties, notifications, and service contracts
  • Support customer service and after-sales service processes
  • Integrate SAP CS with SD, MM, and PM modules
  • Perform issue analysis, testing, and support activities
  • Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
