Job Description - SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant

The ideal candidate, have a proven track record of implementing and supporting SAP Customer Service solutions with excellent knowledge of business processes and best practices in Retail Electronics industry.

As an SAP CS consultant, the candidate will be the subject matter expert and in S/4 HANA Customer Service , with in-depth knowledge of Warranty, Service & Repair processes. Will be responsible for understanding business requirements, documenting requirements and

providing solutions.

Objectives of this role

  • Understanding the current Business Process on CS Module
  • Responsible for preparing Test Scripts based on Business Process Master List (BPML) for CS Module
  • Validation of existing CS masters & preparation of CS master data for Testing
  • Responsible for Unit Testing & Integration Testing
  • Responsible for testing & validating the Fiori Apps for CS Module
  • Worked closely with Customer service stakeholders to ensure all CS related scenarios are tested thoroughly and documented.
  • Documenting Test results, preparation of User Manual, Issue Logs.
  • Participate in project meetings and give regular updates to project stakeholders.
  • Monitoring & Validation of all background Jobs
  • Resolve issues from stores, DCs, and Service Centers on Service notifications, Service orders, master data
  • Clear queue failures, stuck IDocs, update stock status errors

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8 10 years as SAP CS Consultant with:

At least 4 years of SAP SD & 4 Years in CS Experience. Functional experience in Retail operations/processes (Service Notification, Repair, Service Orders).

  • At least 1 end to end ECC /S/4HANA SAP implementation working as CS Consultant
  • Must work on Rollout and Support Projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work individually and collaborate with a team.

Technical/Functional Skills And Expectations

  • SAP Customer Service
  • SAP SD

  • Serial Number Management, Warranty & Repairs
  • Maintenance task lists and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Service Notifications and Service Orders.
  • Maintenance planning (preventive, corrective, predictive).
  • Service Order Settlement.
  • Sales order periodic billing and pricing, return process
  • Data Exchange: Interfaces and Idos Monitoring
  • Good to have knowledge in S/4 HANA Activate Methodology.
  • Good to have knowledge of Advance return management
  • Good to have knowledge in activating the Standard Fiori Apps of CS Module Transactions.
  • Certification in SAP CS/PM module is added advantage
  • Working experience in PM Module is added advantage
  • Working Experience in Retail/Electronics industry is added advantage
