Job Summary (SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant AMS Support)

Provide Application Management Services (AMS) support for SAP C4C v2, C4C v1, and SAP CRM systems.
Serve as a techno-functional consultant, managing both technical and functional aspects of SAP CRM and C4C solutions.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems related to SAP CRM and C4C modules.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Perform configuration, customization, and enhancements in SAP CRM and C4C as per business needs.
Ensure system stability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance activities.
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for support processes and solutions.
Provide guidance and support to end-users for SAP CRM and C4C functionalities.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
Required to have 6+ years of experience in SAP CRM/C4C techno-functional roles.
Work location: Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad.
