Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled
SAP CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement SAP CRM solutions tailored to meet business requirements. The consultant will collaborate with business and technical teams to enhance CRM capabilities and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize SAP CRM components including Web UI, CRM Middleware, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions
- Implement and support CRM enhancements, including workflows, business roles, and UI modifications
- Perform system configuration, data migration, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to SAP CRM
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions
- Provide documentation and training to end users and technical teams
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as an SAP CRM Technical Consultant
- Proficiency in ABAP programming and CRM Web UI customization
- Experience with integration techniques including SOAP, REST, and SAP PI/PO
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SAP CRM data migration and testing is a plus
