Job Role: SAP CRM Technical Consultant
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Location: Pan India
Required Technical Skill Set**
SAP CRM Technical, BOL, GENIL, Middleware, WEB UI, MDT, OOPS ABAP
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
Deep Understanding in BOL, GENIL, Action, BADI, Component Work Bench.
Understanding of MVC Architecture
Deep Understanding OOPS ABAP
Middleware Debugging capabilities
Understanding of Custom BDocs
Work experience in implementation project of SAP CRM (atleast 2)
Deep Understanding in CRM -ISU relations.
Knowledge of CRM Interaction center
Good understanding of CRM integration with other modules.
Good-to-Have
CRM IPC, CRM ISA.
CRM Sales Service Marketing
Preferably from Utilities Domain.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1Demonstrable understanding of the business requirement to systems developement, integration and implementation
2Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail
3Strong written and verbal communication skills
4Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables at the same time
5Ability to pick up projects mid-stream, be a self learner nad should be capable of work independently and help junior team mates.
