Job Description

Pradeepit Consulting Services is actively seeking an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant to join our client's team. This pivotal role requires an in-depth understanding of SAP CRM modules, functionalities, and architecture. You will be instrumental in developing, enhancing, and maintaining complex SAP CRM solutions, supporting upgrades, and integrating with diverse IT landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP CRM Expertise: Possess an in-depth understanding of SAP CRM modules, functionalities, and architecture.
  • Web UI & Enhancement Framework: Work extensively with the CRM Web UI Framework, including Component Workbench. Utilize the Enhancement Framework in CRM 7.0, specifically with AET, EEWB, and Structural Enhancements.
  • Programming & Development: Demonstrate hands-on experience in BOL-GENIL programming. Possess good working knowledge of the 1-Order Framework, including its APIs.
  • ABAP Development: Apply expertise in ABAP Objects, Workflows, BAPIs, BADIs, Report programming, and Data Migration.
  • Technical Solutioning & Architecture: Contribute to Technical solutioning and Architecture for complex IT landscapes involving SAP CRM, ERP/S4HANA, and other non-SAP systems.
  • Upgrade Management: Actively involved in SAP CRM EHP upgrades. Be well-versed in technical processes and tools for successful upgrades, including familiarity with SPAU, SPDD, SAP Notes, and related activities for managing custom developments and ensuring system integrity.
  • Procedural ABAP: Utilize skills in Procedural ABAP, including ALV, RFC, LSMW, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms.
  • Development Processes: Have worked within BRs/CRs (Business Requirements/Change Requests) development processes.

Skills

  • Strong technical consulting experience in SAP CRM.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP CRM modules, functionalities, and architecture.
  • Proficiency in CRM Web UI Framework and Component Workbench.
  • Expertise in Enhancement Framework in CRM 7.0 (AET, EEWB, Structural Enhancements).
  • Hands-on experience in BOL-GENIL programming.
  • Good working knowledge of 1-Order Framework and APIs.
  • Proficiency in ABAP Objects, Workflows, BAPIs, BADIs, Report programming, and Data Migration.
  • Experience in Technical solutioning and Architecture across complex IT landscapes including SAP CRM, ERP/S4HANA, and non-SAP systems.
  • Involvement in SAP CRM EHP upgrades and familiarity with SPAU, SPDD, SAP Notes.
  • Skilled in Procedural ABAP (ALV, RFC, LSMW, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms).
  • Experience with BRs/CRs development process.
  • Exposure to C4C/O-data/Fiori is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrable communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic, proving high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an SAP CRM Technical Consultant.
