SAP CRM Technical Consultant

Job Title: SAP CRM Technical Consultant (S/4HANA Service Exposure)

Location: PAN India (Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Noida)

Experience: 5–9 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong SAP CRM Technical Consultant who has hands-on experience in CRM Web UI and is transitioning or has exposure to S/4HANA Service (L2O / Service Management).

Key Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in SAP CRM Technical
• Strong expertise in:
• CRM Web UI (GENIL / BOL / Component Workbench)
• UI Enhancements & Custom Components
• ABAP (Reports, BADIs, Enhancements)
• Exposure to S/4HANA CRM / S4 Service / S4CM
• Experience in:
• Transaction Launcher, AET, UI Configuration
• Cross-component navigation / OCA
• Understanding of Service Business Process (L2O / Service Order) is a big plus
• At least 1 end-to-end implementation or strong support project

Good to Have

• Exposure to Utilities / ISU domain
• Experience working in S/4 transformation projects
• Knowledge of integration (CPI / APIs / BTP) is an added advantage
