SAP CRM Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP CRM and SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) processes. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, client-facing consulting engagements, and integrating SAP CRM with ECC systems.

Industry experience in Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, or Rental sectors will be highly preferred.

Location - Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai or Noida

Notice Period - Immediate to 45 days only.

*Shift Timing - 5.30 pm to 2.30 am IST*

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP CRM Sales & Service implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP CRM modules, including integration with SAP ECC and SAP SD Order-to-Cash processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and senior leadership to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Drive end-to-end implementation activities, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and manage CRM functionalities including:-

>One Order Framework

>Installed Base (IBase)

>CRM Web UI

>Business Roles

>Service Orders

>Service Contracts

>Complaint Management

>Resource Planning

>Collaborate with technical teams for developments, integrations, and enhancements.

• Provide functional specifications for custom developments and review technical objects.

Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and solution demonstrations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM along with SAP SD.
• Experience working in industries such as Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, or Rental.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP CRM implementation projects completed successfully.
• Strong expertise in SAP CRM configuration and ECC integration.
• Sound understanding of SD Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interact and present solutions to senior management and client leadership teams.
