- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the SAP CRMISU landscape, covering both implementation and support.
- Strong domain understanding of Electricity, Gas, and Water Utility industries.
- Expertise in CRMISU processes: Move in/Out, Recon/Discon, Orders, Contracts, Customer Service, MDT.
- Hands-on in IC WebClient, Navigation Bar Profiles, Business Role creation, and Number Range configuration.
- Knowledge of CRM Middleware, BDocs, replication, MDT Product setup, and BRF+ configuration.
- Familiarity with major CRM and ISU tables, plus ability to draft detailed FS and business documents.
- Understanding of integration with SAP & Non-SAP systems including FICA, Billing, Device Management, IDEX, etc.
- Handle endtoend SAP CRMISU implementation and support activities independently.
- Lead requirement gathering, business discussions, and process design with clients.
- Manage key Utility processes like Movein/Moveout, Disconnection/Reconnection, Contract & Order Management, Customer Service, Front Office & MDT.
- Prepare highquality Functional Specifications, Process Documents, and design deliverables.
- Troubleshoot issues effectively using strong debugging, analysis, and root-cause methods.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (FICA, Billing, DM, IDEX, etc.) for seamless integration.
- Act as a client-facing lead, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and stakeholder alignment.
