Job Description as follows:
- 8+ Yrs of experience SAP CRM functional areas preferably in Services module implementations, enhancements, and rollouts across projects.
- Analyze business processes for service management, service orders, warranties, and complaints, and map them to SAP CRM.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM Service processes, including transactions, actions, and workflow.
- Integrate SAP CRM Services with ECC/S4, Middleware (PI/PO/CPI), and third-party systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional specifications.
- Support UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities, ensuring smooth service operations.
- Manage incident resolution and change requests in production environments.
- Provide solution guidance on best practices, performance optimization, and system enhancements.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge management and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SLAs, and service governance processes.
