Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with expertise in design, configuration, implementation, and support for SAP CRM 6.X/7.X. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end CRM implementations, business process blueprinting, and client handling.

Responsibilities:

Design, configure, implement, and support SAP CRM solutions.
Lead end-to-end SAP CRM implementations and provide post-go-live support.
Work on SAP CRM Service modules, including Service Level Agreements, Contracts, Service Order Management, Service Resource Management, Complaint Returns Management, and E-Service.
Implement CRM solutions for CIC/Win-Client scenarios.
Prepare business process blueprints and architect solutions integrating SAP CRM with SAP R/3.
Gather business requirements, create functional specifications, and handle client interactions.
Implement Telemarketing, Telesales, Marketing, Contract Management, and Campaign Management solutions in SAP CRM.
Provide technical training and guidance to the project team.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development (CMM, ISO standards).
Work within SDLC methodologies to ensure seamless project execution.
Collaborate with onsite teams and provide functional expertise in SAP CRM processes.
Act as a proactive consultant, offering innovative solutions and improvements.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM design, configuration, and implementation.
End-to-end SAP CRM implementation experience is a must.
Expertise in CRM Service, Telemarketing, Telesales, Marketing, and Campaign Management.
Experience in business process blueprinting and solution architecture.
Strong client handling and team coordination skills.
Sound technical training abilities and knowledge of best practices in software development.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
