Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Developer with strong expertise in SAP CRM technical components and customization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP CRM applications in Sales, Service, and Marketing areas.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP CRM solutions based on business requirements
• Work on Web UI configuration and enhancement
• Develop and customize BOL/GenIL components
• Implement PDI enhancements, BAdIs, and User Exits
• Develop ABAP programs, reports, RFCs, IDOCs, and function modules related to SAP CRM
• Work on CRM Middleware: integration with ECC/S/4HANA
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP CRM applications
• Support production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users
• Prepare technical documentation and unit test cases

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP CRM Technical / ABAP
• Hands-on experience with SAP CRM Web UI Framework
• Expertise in BOL/GenIL, PDI, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework
• Experience with CRM Middleware (BDocs, Adapters, Delta Loads)
• Knowledge of Integration with ECC / S/4HANA
• Good understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing business processes
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Good to Have:

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Customer Management
• Knowledge of Fiori/UI5
• Experience in Upgrade or Migration projects
• SAP CRM certification
