Job Role: SAP CRM Consultant

Experience: 6+Yrs

Location: Hyderabad

Client: NDBS

Position: Fulltime

Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days

Must Have:

  • Experience in OTC pricing, debugging skills, functional aspects with logic if tables, BADI, functions or multiple system involved.
  • Fair functional knowledge pertaining to CRM service and marketing.
  • Experience in OData, IPC, SQVI, SQL or basic system monitoring like SM51, SM50, SM66, ST05 etc.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Experience (Domain / SAP): 6+years of relevant experience in SAP CRM sales and service along with SAP SD with industries like Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Rental
  • Candidate should have worked in minimum two E2E implementations projects
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management / Clients
  • SAP Configuration skills in CRM Module along with ECC integration, SD Order to Cash
  • Strong consulting skills and business knowledge to assist clients in the SAP CRM Sales and Service area
  • Configuration of One Order object, IBase, Web UI, Business Role, service order, service contract, complaint management and resource planning.
  • Knowledge in User exits, BAPI, BADi and WRICEF objects.
  • Key Skills: CRM Sales, Service Management, Web UI, Middleware, Order to Cash

o          Complex Canvas Reports (preferably with People Analytics)

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and/or Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
  • Able to Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Recruiting Marketing (RMK) based on business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Architecture, Data models, and Configuration Best Practices
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, including Recruiting Management (RCM) and potentially other HR modules.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their recruitment strategy and translate it into effective RMK solutions.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, potentially including configuring onboarding flows and integrating with other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Understanding of HR processes and recruitment strategies
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting with other SF Modules
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Work closely with Cross-Functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description:

  • Skills & Certification:
  • Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, and Onboarding. Active certification in Employee Central is required; Recruiting and Onboarding certification is preferred.
  • Experience in managing client SF landscape presenting delta releases to clients by analysing current configurations and managing system refresh and post-refresh activities.
  • Experience as a senior resource working within an offshore dedicated team linked to contracted service owned/managed by another country i.e. UK
  • Knowledge and/or certification in another SF modules such as Performance Management.
  • Knowledge of AskHR 
  • Understanding SAP SuccessFactors Joule, SAP BTP, and how they integrate with each other.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM, S4 HANA and CPI Integrations.
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Roles & Responsibilities: Work within an offshore SF Team to deliver the highest quality results for our UK client within deadlines for BAU and SF Projects.
  • Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyse, design and/or implement technology using SAP best practice.
  • Contribute accurate and timely, weekly and Monthly reports to Client.
  • Manage ticket escalations: root cause analysis, providing solution/ workaround and effective communication with Clients.
  • Make sure the governance adherence, as per client policy and processes, for BAU Incidents, Service Request and Change Requests/ Enhancement requests.
  • Manage, plan, demonstrate and support SuccessFactors Half yearly release with Business partners/ PS Systems Team.
