Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
- Experience in implementing SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
- Solid understanding of SAP CRM integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, BW) and third-party applications.
- Previous experience in SAP CRM implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM configuration, including customizing business transactions, workflows, business rules, and partner functions.
- Familiarity with SAP CRM reporting tools, including SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Good understanding of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) is a plus.
