Job Summary:
SAP CRM/CMM Functional Consultant As an SAP CRM/CMM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Customer Management Solutions. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to enhance customer engagement across sales, service, and marketing channels, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and systems.
Location : Dubai
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis. Conduct workshops with business users to understand CRM/CMM-related processes and goals. Analyze customer interaction workflows and document functional requirements.
2.System Configuration and Customization. Configure SAP CRM/CMM modules to align with business needs. Customize UI components, partner functions, and interaction centers.
3. Implementation and Integration. Lead SAP CRM implementations, including middleware setup and data migration. Integrate CMM with S4HANA modules (SD, MM, FI), SAP BW, and third-party systems.
4. Testing and Validation. Develop test scenarios and scripts for CRM/CMM transactions and workflows. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues.
5. Training and Documentation. Create user guides and training materials for CRM/CMM processes. Conduct training sessions for end users and support teams.
6. Support and Maintenance. Provide ongoing support for CRM/CMM applications, including troubleshooting and enhancements. Monitor system performance and apply patches or upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP CRM certification is a plus (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – CRM).
• 8+ years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes: lead-to-order, service request management, campaign execution.
• Proficient in SAP CRM configuration, including middleware and Web UI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
