Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and implement SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP CRM projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM implementation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CRM functionality.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SAP CRM functional modules and ABAP programming language.
  • Experience with SAP CRM implementation and configuration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Relevant experience in SAP CRM ABAP and SAP CRM functional modules.
