Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM ABAP Consultant with hands-on data migration experience. The ideal candidate will have worked across multiple SAP CRM projects with strong technical expertise in CRM development and legacy-to-SAP data migration.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 SAP CRM projects with hands-on data migration experience — moving data from legacy systems into SAP CRM
- Strong experience in SAP CRM WebUI development and customisation and One Order Framework
- Good understanding of SAP CRM data structures and business processes for ABAP development
- Hands-on experience with migration tools — LSMW, Migration Cockpit, and/or ETL tools
- Working knowledge of SMQ1 and SMQ2 for middleware queue monitoring and issue resolution
- Exposure to S/4HANA migration or CRM to S/4 transition projects
Core ABAP Skills Required
- Reports, Enhancements, BADIs, BAPIs, RFCs, Function Modules
- Data Dictionary, Debugging, Performance Tuning
- IDocs and ALE for data exchange
- BOL/GenIL programming
Good to Have
- SAP CRM certification
- Experience in telecom, utilities, manufacturing, or financial services
- Knowledge of SAP SD and backend ECC/S/4 integration
Note: Candidates with strong CRM and migration project experience but falling slightly outside the experience range will also be considered.
