Sap CRM 7.X CONSULTANT

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with 6-10 years of expertise to join our dynamic team in Chennai or Hyderabad/Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP CRM solutions to our clients, ensuring that their business processes are optimized and effectively supported by SAP technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP CRM functionalities, strong technical skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP CRM modules to meet client needs and enhance user experience.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and provide support during implementation phases.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP CRM functionalities.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to SAP CRM applications and provide timely solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP CRM processes, configurations, and user manuals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM with other systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in SAP CRM consulting or related roles.
• Configure and enhance SAP CRM components: Sales, Service, Web UI, Middleware.
• Manage CRMECC integration, replication, and data consistency.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations and work with ABAP teams.
• Troubleshoot CRM middleware issues and perform system monitoring.
• Support master data flow (customers, products, pricing).
• Participate in CRM upgrade/migration projects.
• Experience in CRM 7.x and Web UI framework.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes.
• Familiarity with BOL/GENIL architecture.
