Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional specifications.
  • Configure and customize SAP CRM 7.x according to business needs, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Support integration of SAP CRM with SAP ERP (ECC/S4HANA) and other systems via middleware (PI/PO).
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle: Blueprinting, Realization, Testing, Go-Live, and Support.
  • Develop functional specifications for workflows, enhancements, reports, and forms.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues.
  • Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation.
  • Work closely with ABAP developers to implement custom solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP CRM 7.x, including Web UI, NWBC, and CRM Middleware.
  • Expertise in CRM processes: Sales, Marketing, Service, Interaction Center.
  • Good understanding of SAP CRM data model, master data, and business transaction types.
  • Experience in partner functions, pricing, campaigns, and service orders.
  • Familiarity with CRM integration scenarios with SAP ERP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO).
  • Knowledge of configuration, workflows, and personalization in CRM.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
