Job description:

Lead the analysis and enhancement of configure price quote CPQ processes within the Order-to-Cash OTC cycle Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather CPQ requirements and insights Utilize SAP CPQ functionalities to streamline product configuration pricing strategies discounting and approval workflows Support integration of SAP CPQ with OTC processes to improve quoting accuracy and order processing efficiency Recommend and implement CPQ process improvements aligned with SAP best practices Collaborate with SAP S4HANA teams to ensure CPQ process alignment with overall OTC workflows Assist in configuring SAP CPQ features to meet business needs and optimize the quote-to-order cycle Monitor CPQ related KPIs to identify bottlenecks and areas for continuous improvement

Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate CPQ focused workshops to capture detailed business requirements Document and model CPQ processes to support efficient quoting and pricing workflows Analyze CPQ process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Configure SAP CPQ functionalities including pricing product configuration discounting and approval processes Collaborate closely with SAP S4HANA project teams to ensure seamless CPQ and OTC integration Monitor key CPQ metrics and drive governance to maintain process quality Communicate CPQ process changes and benefits to stakeholders to support change management Provide expert advice on CPQ best practices to enhance overall OTC cycle effectiveness
