Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Implementation:

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP CPM/EPPM solutions.

• Requirements Gathering & Translation:

Gather business and user requirements, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications.

• Integration Management:

Drive the integration of SAP CPM with other relevant SAP modules, such as SAP Project System (PS), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Fiori applications.

• Project Leadership:

Provide strategic direction, expertise, and technical support for end-to-end project execution from planning to realization.

• Business Advisory:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing guidance on resource planning, project forecasting, and the entire commercial project lifecycle.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and build strong business relationships.

• Team & Project Coordination:

Manage work packages, lead workshops, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage onsite-offshore coordination.

• Training & Support:

Conduct user training, provide post-implementation support, and ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

• Methodology Adherence:

Follow project management methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Active Methodology) to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• SAP CPM Expertise:

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) and/or Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) solutions.

• SAP Implementation:

Proven experience in leading and contributing to successful SAP implementation projects, preferably in S/4HANA.

• Project Management:

Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing large-scale projects.

• Functional & Technical Skills:

Ability to configure SAP solutions and provide technical solutions.

• Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information and lead workshops.

• Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide efficient business solutions.

• Business Acumen:

Proven business acumen and ability to partner with process teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Educational Background:

A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Job Description for SAP BW-IP lead consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture:
• Lead the design of complex SAP BW/IP solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.
• Develop and maintain data models, including InfoObjects, InfoCubes, Datastores, and MultiProviders, ensuring they align with business needs.
• Data Management:
• Design and implement efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Optimize data load and query performance within the BW system.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BEx queries, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Stories, and other SAP BI tools.
• Guide users on data visualization and analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Project Leadership:
• Mentor and guide other developers on the team, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including SMEs, business users, and other architects, to gather requirements and manage project delivery.
• Technical Expertise:
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of SAP BW concepts, including administrator workbench, InfoObjects, and process chains.
• Develop and debug ABAP-OO objects and enhance data extractors for improved data sourcing from SAP ERP systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of SAP BW concepts and architecture.
• Proficiency in developing data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions using SAP BW/IP.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for creating dashboards and planning reports.
• Ability to design and document technical solutions in high-level and detailed design documents.
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating complex business needs into optimal BW designs.
• In-depth knowledge of ABAP-OO for developing reusable objects and debugging.

Familiarity with SAP BODS for data integration.
