Roles & Responsibilities – CPI SF Integration Lead Consultant
Level Recommended: SA - M
Certification: CPI certified, min. 5 years of experience, best have certification, at least deep knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors EmployeeCentral
Skill Set/ Knowledge
- Deep knowledge CPI
- SuccessFactors data models
- SAP Best Practices
- SAP Activate Methodology
- Deep knowledge in HXM processes
- Thought leadership in CPI area
- Interaction of EC with other SuccessFactors modules
- Integration with SAP HCM
Responsibilities
- Driving Client discussion, Workshops, Training Sessions at Onsite
- Identifying of change management needs and supporting organizational change
- Performing developers tests
- Coordinating with Offshore team and providing them Knowledge Transfer to develop integrations
- Be the Subject Matter Advisor for all integrations on SAP SF
- Take Ownership of all SF integrations
- Guiding and lead the SF integration team
- Supporting acceptance testing and regression testing (issue resolution and validation of business requirements)
- Preparing minor and major change requests incl. effort estimations
- Providing regular status reports on progress to the CTS Onsite project manager
- Tracking assigned tasks and deliverables with Offshore Counterparts
- Ensure On time Delivery
