SAP CPI Developer

Key Objectives of this Role

Deliver A2A Integrations Using SAP CPI: Design and build CPI iFlows connecting SAP S/4HANA with MES, Kardex, PLM, dashboards, legacy systems, and other enterprise applications.

Execute Integration Design Under Governance: Implement integrations in line with architecture, patterns, and standards defined by the Integration Lead and Solution Architect.

Support Global Rollouts: Build, test, and deploy A2A interfaces required for stabilization and upcoming site rollouts (Tunisia, Asia, future sites).

Ensure Integration Stability & Performance: Minimize interface failures, data inconsistencies, and latency impacting manufacturing, logistics, and finance processes.

Enable End-to-End Process Integration: Support seamless data flow across OTC, PTP, DTS, EWM, FI, and CO processes.

Improve Monitoring & Error Handling: Implement structured logging, alerts, and retry mechanisms to reduce manual intervention.

Support AMS Transition: Provide clean documentation, handover, and knowledge transfer for long-term support.

On-time completion of assigned CPI A2A integrations.

Defect rate during SIT/UAT and postgo-live.

Reusability of integration components and mappings.

Compliance with integration standards and naming conventions.

Operational Stability KPIs

Interface success rate and error reduction trend.

Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) for interface failures.

Stability of critical integrations during peak business operations.

Testing & Support KPIs

Zero critical integration issues at go-live.

Successful handover to AMS with minimal rework.

Stakeholder satisfaction from functional and technical teams.

Key Year One Deliverables

Stabilize Existing A2A Interfaces

o Improve reliability of MES, Kardex, PLM, and reporting integrations.

o Reduce recurring CPI errors and manual corrections.

Deliver A2A Integrations for Upcoming Rollouts

o Build and adapt interfaces required for Tunisia and future sites.

o Execute SIT and UAT support for all A2A flows.

Implement Standard Monitoring & Error Handling

o CPI alerts, retries, and exception handling.

o Improve visibility for integration failures.

Cutover & Hypercare Support

o Ensure readiness of all interfaces for cutover.

o Provide go-live and hypercare support during critical windows.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

o Interface design documents and mapping specifications.

o Troubleshooting guides for AMS and internal IT.
