Proven experience as an SAP CPI Consultant with a focus on SuccessFactors integrations (including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc.).
Strong understanding of integration design patterns, data mapping, transformation techniques, and API management.
Proficiency in integration protocols and standards such as SOAP, REST and OData.
Familiarity with SuccessFactors APIs, data models, and security frameworks.
Experience with Dell Boomi integration technology is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex integration issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
Familiarity with full project lifecycle implementation, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
