Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SAP CPI or other integration platforms.
- Familiarity with web services, APIs, and data formats such as XML and JSON.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other SAP modules, particularly SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Knowledge or experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) / Gateways.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Business Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and integration requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Document new and existing processes, workflows, and integration designs, ensuring scalability and efficiency (GSM documentation).
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for integration development.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives across systems and integrations.
Integration Development & Technical Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) solutions.
- Develop, configure, and maintain integration flows, mappings, adapters, and configurations in SAP CPI.
- Work closely with senior developers and business analysts to understand and implement integration requirements.
- Perform testing and debugging of integration solutions to ensure seamless functionality and data integrity.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP CPI features, best practices, and industry trends.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Assist developers in performing Unit Testing.
- Perform System Testing to validate end-to-end integration scenarios.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) between client systems and target systems.
- Identify, track, and help mitigate defects and risks through structured testing activities.
Production Deployment & Coordination
- Coordinate productionalization activities between client systems and target systems.
- Support deployment activities and ensure smooth transition from testing to production.
- Assist with post-production validation and stabilization activities.
