Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Controlling (CO) Architect with extensive expertise in SAP FICO, Management Accounting, Cost Management, and S/4HANA Finance transformation programs. The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, business process design, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-wide SAP CO implementations across global organizations.

The candidate should possess strong consulting, architecture, and leadership experience and be capable of driving large-scale transformation initiatives while collaborating with senior business and finance stakeholders.

Solution Architecture

• Lead end-to-end SAP Controlling solution design and architecture.
• Define target-state finance and controlling processes aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops.
• Provide architectural governance across implementation and transformation programs.
• Recommend SAP best practices and S/4HANA innovations.

Lead implementation and optimization of:

• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Internal Orders (IO)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Product Costing (PC)
• Cost Object Controlling (CO-PC)
• Activity-Based Costing (ABC)
• Overhead Cost Controlling
• Material Ledger
• Actual Costing
• Cost Component Structure
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Margin Analysis
• Transfer Pricing
• Budgeting & Planning
• Variance Analysis
• Allocation Processes
• Assessment & Distribution Cycles

Business Process Transformation

• Design financial planning and controlling frameworks.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Drive profitability and cost optimization programs.
• Enable management reporting and business analytics initiatives.

Integration Management

Architect integrations between SAP CO and:

• SAP FI (Financial Accounting)
• SAP S/4HANA Finance
• SAP MM | SAP SD | SAP PP |SAP PS |SAP EWM |SAP BW/4HANA
• SAP SAC (Analytics Cloud) |SAP MDG
• Third-party planning and reporting solutions

S/4HANA Transformation

• Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA Finance transformation projects.
• Support Universal Journal adoption.
• Design Margin Analysis and Product Costing solutions in S/4HANA.
• Drive Finance modernization programs.
