Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP Controlling and Planning Consultant based in Mengio. The consultant will configure, customize, and support SAP Controlling (CO) and planning modules to meet client financial and operational requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing process flows, performing system testing, and preparing documentation for configurations and enhancements. The role also involves collaborating with finance and operations teams, resolving user issues, and providing training and knowledge transfer to key stakeholders. In addition, the consultant will participate in project planning, contribute to solution design across SAP and related systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong SAP CO expertise, including cost center accounting, internal orders, profit center accounting, and integration with FI.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using SAP planning tools and related reporting solutions.
- Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design within finance and controlling domains.
- Ability to perform configuration, testing, and documentation for SAP implementations, enhancements, and rollouts.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments, preferably across multiple industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering outcomes and continuous process improvement.
