Job Title: SAP PLM Consultant

Location: PAN India

Experience: 10+ yrs

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Consultant with strong exposure to Process Industries and Manufacturing (MFG). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Recipe Development, end-to-end PLM processes, and a proven track record of at least 2 SAP PLM implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SAP PLM implementations for Process Industry and Manufacturing clients

Drive Recipe Development and Management using SAP PLM

Configure and customize SAP PLM modules to meet business requirements

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications

Integrate SAP PLM with other SAP modules (PP, QM, MM, EHS, etc.)

Provide solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong focus on SAP PLM

Hands-on experience in Process Industry (Pharma, FMCG, Chemicals, etc.)

Strong expertise in Recipe Development & Management

Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP PLM implementation projects

Experience working in Manufacturing (MFG) environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a hybrid and multi-location setup
