Job Description.

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders and business users to understand Onboarding needs and processes. Provide functional and technical expertise in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (1.0 & 2.0).
  • Configure onboarding workflows, templates, business rules, task triggers, panels, forms, document management, compliance checkpoints, and notifications.
  • Integrate Onboarding with Employee Central (EC) and optional modules like RCM/Recruiting, LMS, PMGM as needed.

Technical & Functional Skills

In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (1.0 & 2.0) configuration and implementation.

Strong understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition, pre-boarding, and compliance processes.

Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation strategies.

Familiarity with integration tools (SAP CPI, API, middleware) and HRIS systems.

Ability to prepare and review documentation (workbooks, test cases, SOPs).

Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills.
