Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BASIS Administrator with a strong customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a result-driven mindset. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 12 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration, particularly in S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and NW JAVA.

• 3 to 12 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.
• Strong expertise in SAP HANA, S/4HANA, NW JAVA, and related SAP applications.
• Hands-on experience in ABAP and JAVA system administration (mandatory).
• Experience with BOBJ BI, BODS (required).
• Knowledge of Content Server and OpenText (preferred).
• Proficiency in system copy, post-migration activities, and SSL implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in performance optimization.
• Ability to work effectively in a customer-centric environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (one week per month).

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain SAP systems, including S/4HANA, SAP HANA, NW JAVA, and other related applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot Pacemaker, Cloud Connector, Celonis, BOBJ/BODS/Lumira, Fiori, Convergent Charging, SAP BW, and SAP SCM.
• Engage with customers and provide SAP Web Dispatcher, SAP Mobile Platform, and GSK Software Support.
• Handle SAP Convergent Charging, Web Dispatcher, and SAP Cloud Connector configurations and troubleshooting.
• Perform ABAP and JAVA system administration as a core requirement.
• Manage BOBJ BI and BODS applications.
• Work with Content Server and OpenText (added advantage).
• Execute system copy and post-migration activities.
• Implement and manage SSL configurations for Web Dispatcher, BO, ABAP, and JAVA systems.
• Conduct HANA XSA content server upgrades.
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP system performance.
• Ensure high availability, security, and compliance across SAP landscapes.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends or public holidays when required.
