Key Responsibilities:

SAP Order Processing

• Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Stock Transfer Orders (STO) in SAP.
• Monitor order status from creation to closure and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Validate approvals, vendor details, material codes, and supporting documents before order release.
• Maintain transaction accuracy and adherence to SCM processes and controls.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain Purchase Requisition (PR) supporting documents, approvals, and clarifications as required.
• Support vendor onboarding activities and item/material code creation in SAP.
• Maintain procurement records, transaction history, and order documentation.

MIS & Reporting

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly SCM reports from SAP and other reporting tools.
• Track open Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and pending transactions.
• Prepare management dashboards and operational reports as per business requirements.
• Provide data analysis and status updates to support decision-making and procurement planning.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, and internal control requirements.
• Maintain complete and accurate procurement documentation for audit readiness.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required records, reports, and supporting documents.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and compliance initiatives within SCM operations
