SAP Consultant - IBP/OBP Modules

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement SAP IBP and OBP solutions according to project requirements.
• Design and configure SAP applications to fulfill business needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system quality.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users post-implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and project success.
• Analyze and optimize existing IBP/OBP processes to improve efficiency.
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
• Participate in project management activities and provide regular status updates.
• Perform data migrations and integrations following best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues proactively.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to SAP IBP.
• Facilitate workshops to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and process efficiencies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP and OBP modules.
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and industry practices.
• Experience with data modeling and analytics tools related to SAP IBP.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain planning methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• SAP IBP or OBP certifications are a plus.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
• Understanding and experience working within Agile environments.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and techniques.
