We are looking for a passionate and experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our growing SAP Practice and support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

Job Summary

The SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant will be responsible for managing the people side of SAP transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts. The role focuses on driving user adoption, minimizing resistance to change, and ensuring business readiness through effective change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies aligned with project objectives and timelines.
• Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate how SAP-driven process changes affect employees, business functions, and organizational structures.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to drive engagement and organizational alignment.
• Create and manage communication plans, including newsletters, leadership updates, announcements, and awareness campaigns.
• Design and deliver training and readiness programs to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings to address concerns and gather feedback.
• Monitor user adoption and change effectiveness through defined metrics and reporting mechanisms.
• Support go-live readiness activities and post-implementation adoption initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate change-related risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within SAP transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience supporting large enterprise SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking.
• Ability to develop training curricula and measure learning effectiveness.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
